Magic Santa launched in November 2025 with one ambitious goal: make Christmas magic feel real for kids using AI. Parents enter their child's name, age, and details, and the app generates a personalized video message from Santa or connects them to a live AI-powered phone call where Santa listens and responds naturally. I worked across the stack with the Manifest Automation team — the React Native app (iOS + Android), the Django backend, the ElevenLabs voice integration powering the real-time calls, and the marketing site. In the first two months we shipped 13+ rapid iterations as we listened to user feedback.
